Now, we are very excited to expand our reach even further by bringing teachings online with our first live, interactive Webinar, conducted by renowned Diamond Approach teacher Sandra Maitri. Called “Getting More from Inquiry: How Head, Heart and Belly Centers Can Help Sharpen Your Skills,” it will take place over three consecutive Saturdays in November, and will be open only to Diamond Approach students.
Inquiry is the central practice of the Diamond Approach. As Hameed writes, “the process of inquiry becomes a path of freedom and inner realization, leading to a deeper and more comprehensive realization of true nature.” But there are many subtleties and layers of understanding needed to optimize inquiry, and students often carry misunderstandings about the practice. This three-session Webinar is open only to students of the Diamond Approach who already have experience with the practice of inquiry. We will explore how to inquire in such a way that your experience truly opens up. That exploration will focus on how the three centers—head, heart and belly—are optimally engaged in the practice. We will do this through meditations, talks, practice inquiry sessions done in two- or three-person breakout groups and question-and-comment periods.
Students who must miss any session(s) can still download the recordings and listen to them at a more convenient time.
